This is a recipe that my room mate and I made up together. She has a gluten & dairy allergy and I’m a
vegetarian so we definitely have a strange refrigerator. This is really the best thing that we’ve ever made,
but when can you go wrong with buffalo sauce?
Ingredients:
buffalo sauce
tempeh
gluten free bread
vegan cheese
avocado
sunflower seed oil
combine buffalo sauce & sunflower seed oil. cut up tempeh into strips to cook in sauce.
it should be about half buffalo sauce & half oil. let it cook for at least 10 minutes.
while the tempeh is cooking cut up an avocado and put bread in the oven with cheese to melt &
get all toasty
combine & eat up!
