health: vegan & GF buffalo grinder

This is a recipe that my room mate and I made up together. She has a gluten & dairy allergy and I’m a

vegetarian so we definitely have a strange refrigerator. This is really the best thing that we’ve ever made,

but when can you go wrong with buffalo sauce?

Ingredients:

buffalo sauce

tempeh

gluten free bread

vegan cheese

avocado

sunflower seed oil

combine buffalo sauce & sunflower seed oil. cut up tempeh into strips to cook in sauce.

it should be about half buffalo sauce & half oil. let it cook for at least 10 minutes.

while the tempeh is cooking cut up an avocado and put bread in the oven with cheese to melt &

get all toasty

combine & eat up!

lately

the past few weeks have been overbooked and overworked. this time in my life has really

inspired me to simplify my surroundings and my upcoming schedule. now i’m understanding

that it’s really hard to be creative when your body is too tired. this is why my crafts have

been lacking lately! i guess that now i’m trying to find the perfect medium between

laziness and stress. thankfully, i’ve been making time for more things that make me happy

like dates, thrifting, and creating art!
